• Click on “Officer Entry Apply / Login”
• Select “Registration”
• If already registered, no new registration is required
• Read all instructions carefully and complete registration
• Login and go to the Dashboard
• Click on “Apply Online”
• The page “Officers Selection – Eligibility” will open
• Click on “Apply” against Technical Graduate Course
• The Application Form page will open

Fill details carefully under the following sections:

• Personal Details
• Communication Details
• Educational Details
• Previous SSB Details (if any)

➡️ Click “Save & Continue” after completing each section
➡️ Verify all details on the “Summary of Your Information” page
➡️ Click “Submit” after ensuring correctness

Important: Every time the application is reopened for editing, candidates must click “Submit” again to save changes.

(B) Printout of Application Form

• Take two printouts of the submitted application form with roll number
• Printouts must be taken within 30 minutes of application closure
• One copy must be carried to the SSB Interview
• The second copy should be kept for future reference

Important Notes (Regarding Application Form)

Note 1	No changes will be allowed after the closing date. No representation will be entertained.
Note 2	CGPA/Grade must be converted into percentage as per university formula. Any discrepancy will lead to cancellation.
Note 3	Name, parents’ name, and date of birth must exactly match the Matriculation certificate, otherwise candidature will be rejected.

(C) Documents Required at SSB Interview

Candidates must carry original documents along with self-attested photocopies.
DIGILOCKER documents are NOT accepted as originals.

• Printout of online application form with self-attested photograph
• Matriculation / Secondary Certificate & Marksheet
• Class 12 Certificate & Marksheet OR Diploma Certificate
• Engineering Degree / Provisional Degree Certificate
• All semester / year-wise marksheets
• CGPA to Percentage conversion certificate from University
• Certificate from Controller/Registrar/Dean/Principal stating cumulative percentage
• Final year certificate & undertaking (if applicable)
• Documents related to Civil Verification

Important Clarifications on Certificates

• Only Matriculation certificate will be accepted for DOB, name, and parents’ name
• If parents’ names are not mentioned, produce any one of the following:
  • Aadhaar Card
  • PAN Card
  • Passport
  • Driving Licence (Govt. Issued)
• Names in application must exactly match original documents

(D) Rules Regarding Originals & DIGILOCKER

• Original certificates must be produced at SSB
• Originals will be returned after verification
• DIGILOCKER documents are not accepted
• If only e-certificates are issued, authenticated university letter is mandatory
