Essential Qualification:

Must have passed Class 10th (SSC/Matriculation) from a recognized board.
Must be Undergraduate as on 01/01/2026 (Graduates or higher qualification holders are NOT eligible).

For Ex-Servicemen:

Must have passed Class 10th.
Completed at least 15 years of defence service.
Must not have obtained graduation outside Armed Forces.

Language Requirement:

Must be proficient in the local language of the State/UT (Read, Write, Speak & Understand).
