Bank of Baroda (BOB) has released the official notification for Wealth Management Services (WMS) Recruitment 2026 under Advertisement No. BOB/HRM/REC/ADVT/2026/08.
This recruitment is being conducted for 104 contractual posts including AVP II, Territory Head, Senior Relationship Manager, and Wealth Strategist. The engagement will be on a contract basis for 5 years.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria
AVP II – Group Head
- Graduation in any discipline
- Desirable: PG Degree/Diploma in Management, NISM/IRDA Certification
- Experience: Minimum 10 Years in Wealth Management / Retail Banking with 5 Years in leadership role
AVP II – Territory Head
- Graduation in any discipline
- Desirable: PG Degree/Diploma in Management, NISM/IRDA Certification
- Experience: Minimum 6 Years in Relationship Management with 2 Years as Team Lead
Senior Relationship Manager
- Graduation in any discipline
- Desirable: PG Degree/Diploma in Management, NISM/IRDA Certification
- Experience: Minimum 3 Years in Wealth Management / Banking / Financial Services
Wealth Strategist (Investment & Insurance)
- Graduation in any discipline
- Desirable: PG Degree/Diploma in Management, NISM/IRDA Certification
- Experience: Minimum 3 Years as Investment Counsellor / RM
- Knowledge of Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF, Insurance Products required
Additional Requirement:
- Minimum CIBIL Score of 680 at the time of joining
