Key Notes on Documents:

Signature and handwritten declaration in CAPITAL LETTERS will NOT be accepted.
If a candidate does not have a left thumb, they may use their right thumb.
Visually Impaired candidates who cannot write may get the declaration typed and put their left thumb impression below it.
Set scanner resolution to minimum 200 DPI and colour to True Colour.
In addition to the scanned photograph, candidates must also capture and upload a live photograph via webcam or mobile phone (QR Code scan option available).
Your application will not be registered unless all four documents are uploaded as specified.

How to Apply — Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Prepare Your Documents in Advance
Scan your recent passport-size colour photograph (4.5cm × 3.5cm), signature (black ink on white paper), left thumb impression (black or blue ink on white paper), and handwritten declaration in English using black ink. Ensure all documents meet the prescribed file size and format requirements.

Step 2: Visit the Official RBI Website

Step 3: Find the Recruitment Notification

Step 4: New Registration

Step 9: Pay Application Fee
Click on the “Payment” tab and pay the prescribed fee online using Debit Card (RuPay/Visa/MasterCard/Maestro), Credit Card, Internet Banking, IMPS, UPI, Cash Cards, or Mobile Wallets. Wait for server confirmation — do NOT press Back or Refresh.

Step 10: Download & Print Confirmation
After successful payment, an e-Receipt will be generated. Save and print the e-Receipt and your application form (available up to June 05, 2026). Keep them safely for future reference.

Important Points to Remember

Only one application should be submitted per candidate. In case of multiple applications, only the latest valid completed application will be retained, and fees paid for other registrations will be forfeited.
After the closing date, candidates will be given a 2-day ‘Edit Window’ to correct/modify their application. A correction fee of ₹200/- (inclusive of GST) is applicable for all categories and is non-refundable.
Fields such as Name, Email ID, Mobile Number, State/UT, Post, Category, and Nationality cannot be edited through the Edit Window.
A scribe arranged by a candidate cannot themselves be a candidate for the same examination.
Candidates must download the Call Letter and Information Handout (IH) from the RBISB website. No physical call letter will be sent by post.
