The ITI trade or Diploma course must strictly conform to the disciplines specified above. Any deviation may result in rejection of candidature.

The High Court reserves the right to assess and determine the relevance of qualifications and experience claimed.

⇒ Character: Candidates terminated/dismissed from government service or convicted of serious offences are ineligible.

⇒ Marital Status: A male candidate with more than one living wife, or a female candidate married to a person already having a living wife, is not eligible.

⇒ Physical Fitness: Candidates must be in good mental and physical health. A medical fitness certificate from a Medical Officer (not below Deputy Superintendent rank in a Government Hospital) is required at the time of joining.

⇒ Locomotor Disabled: Minimum 40% relevant disability required to claim reservation benefits under this quota. No provision for scribe or extra time in any stage of examination.
