Eligibility Criteria – LIC HFL Junior Assistant Recruitment 2026
⇒ Nationality: Indian Citizens Only
⇒ Educational Qualification:
- A Graduate degree (minimum aggregate of 55% marks) in any discipline from a university recognized by the Government of India
- Courses completed through correspondence, distance learning, or part-time modes are NOT eligible
- The final result must have been declared on or before 01 April 2026
⇒ Important on CGPA:
- If your university awards CGPA/OGPA, convert it into percentage as per university norms
- A conversion certificate will be required at the interview stage
⇒ Rounding Off Rule:
- 54.99% will be treated as less than 55% and will NOT be considered eligible
⇒ Computer Skills:
- Working knowledge of computer systems is mandatory
- Prior work experience is preferred but not mandatory
